The Vincent Smith School held their first Annual Fall Festival on the afternoon of Sunday, Oct. 18.
There was food, fun and games for everyone at the festival. Participants rocked to the sounds of Long Island’s popular Jagged Edge Band, and enjoyed pony rides, arts and crafts for children (led by the Vincent Smith School teachers), pumpkin picking, artisanal and food vendors with the American Red Cross holding a successful blood drive. The Vincent Smith School is a private, independent day school that has served students in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties in New York since 1924. The School is well-known for its individualized program for students in grades 1 through 12 with attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder and learning disabilities.
