Basketball Players Run for Charity

Last month, the Roslyn High School girls’ varsity basketball team ran a 5K charity race in Bethpage. A portion of the net proceeds from the Ho Ho Holiday Run will be turned over to The Opening Word, an education program for poor, uneducated women. Participants included: Nicole Nissan, Samantha Wiebe, Laura Cardillo, Emily Cohen, Jordan Tullman, Kendall Reichbach, Coach Valentino and Coach Naughton.
