Winter Storm Jonas was a complete winter whiteout, making it the biggest blizzard to hit Long Island in years, with the Massapequa and Seaford area being one of the first towns to get hit the hardest. Surprisingly, the all-time record still belongs to 2006, when 26.9 inches covered New York.
