North Grad Adam Schwartz A Forbes Top 30 Under 30

Adam Schwartz, a graduate of Great Neck North High School, recently earned a spot on Forbes magazine’s Top 30 Under 30 in the Manufacturing Technology category. Schwartz founded the predecessor to Freedom Audio in 2013 to manufacture waterproof speakers, and now the company makes smart speakers with a built-in operating system designed for outdoor water enthusiasts. Freedom Audio brought in $3 million in revenue last year and Schwartz projects sales will more than double in 2016. Schwartz is also the founder of Freshetech.com, innovations in speaker technology and tech products, and he recently demonstrated his latest product, freshebuds, on Good Morning America.
