Free Aquatics Classes are now being given at Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy. Classes are easy to do, decrease weight bearing, and in our heated salt water pool. Sign ups are required as space is limited.
Classes are every Tuesday / Thursday 2pm – 2:45pm.

FREE balance screenings are now being held at Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, located at 800 East Gate Blvd., Garden City, NY. Have you felt dizzy, fallen, or feel unstable? Your balance will be assessed using specialized and digital tests. Call 516-745-8050 to schedule a screening.
Free Silver Sneakers Classes for eligible seniors, now being given at Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, located at 800 East Gate. Blvd. Garden City, NY in state-of-the-art exercise studio. Sign ups are required as space is limited.
The program is designed for those individuals who are 65+. If interested, the client will need to call the Silver Sneakers Hotline #: 888-423-4632 in order to determine eligibility. Otherwise, the program is $5 per class.
