The Ice Rink Gets A Face-Lift

Great Neck Park District employees have been busy at the Andrew Stergiopoulos Ice Rink.

The latest improvements include renovated locker rooms, beautiful trophy cases and a new Zamboni to keep the ice in tip-top shape. Two new heaters have been installed with stools underneath them for those who like to keep warm while watching the skaters. Next time you’re at the rink, check out all the improvements that have been made for visitors’ safety and comfort.
