Willem de Kooning: Painting Out of the Lines
Join the Long Island Children’s Museum and experiment with rope and ribbon to create compositions with depth and layers. Each teen will use an individual canvas and discover how line, shape and limited palette come together to express emotion and personality through their work. Finished paintings will be displayed during a month-long exhibition at the Long Island Children’s Museum. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the LPL.
