Major artists coming to Long Island and New York City this summer
Summertime is around the corner and there’s no better time to go experience live music. There’s quite a selection for the upcoming Summer 2016 season that includes another great slate of shows at Forest Hills Stadium and plenty more to check out in New York City and Long Island.
While the upcoming classic rock clash of titans being dubbed OldChella set to take place in the California desert later this year is what has been all the buzz in the music industry, you don’t have to go far in the upcoming summer months to catch a great show. Among the local stages that will be hosting great concerts are NYCB Theatre at Westbury, which is poised to celebrate its 60th anniversary—an event that will be commemorated on the same site in mid-June.
