The Farmingdale School District recently celebrated the efforts of Farmingdale High School students who shaved their heads to increase awareness and raise funds to support childhood cancer research as part of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. The district encourages all of its students to participate in various events supporting the St. Baldrick’s Foundation and students have collectively raised more than $90,000 for the organization over the past several years.
