The Department of English at Misericordia University recently inducted nine students, including a Levittown native, into the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society during an induction ceremony on campus.

Misericordia University students majoring or minoring in English are eligible for Sigma Tau Delta after completing at least three semesters in the program and maintaining a minimum grade point average of 3.2 in the major’s courses and a 3.0 GPA overall.

New inductees included Rylie Fitzgerald of Levittown; Matthew Gromala; Lauren Hayden; Shane Kreller; Sierra Krohnemann of Roslyn; Mason Moher; Jared Pinter; Leah Santucci and Christine Zopf.
