Roy A. “Fuzzy” Francis, of Locust Valley and formerly of Sea Cliff, died on May 31, 2016, at age 69. Beloved life partner of Stancy A. Mentnech. Dear brother of Ronald, William, Karl, Loretta, Linda, Muriel, Madeline, Joseph and the late Walter, Eugene, Harry and Gerald. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
