Richard (Rick) DaVanzo of Mt. Sinai (formerly of Miller Place and Mineola) passed on July 15, 2016 in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Fran, nee Brewi. Loving father of Matthew (Dianna) and Christine (Jeremy). Cherished grandfather of Brianna, Gavin, Keegan, Peyton and Noah. Dear brother of John (Marjorie), Judith, Mary Ellen and Theresa DaVanzo. Beloved son of the late John S. and Pauline DaVanzo.
Funeral services were held at Moloney’s Port Jefferson Station Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial, St. Louis De Motfore R.C. Church, Sound Beach. Internment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, on July 18, 2016.
