The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Queens man for Burglary that occurred on Thursday, July 21, at 6 a.m. in New Hyde Park.
According to detectives, Third Precinct Police Officers responded to a Third Street residence for a suspicious male. As police arrived they observed the defendant Mykai T. Bullock, drop an i pad he was carrying and fled into the rear yard. After a brief chase on foot, Third Precinct Police Officers located the defendant in a nearby garage and placed him into custody without incident. There were no injuries reported.
Bullock is charged with burglary third-degree, burglary second-degree, criminal trespassing third-degree and possession of burglar’s tools. He was arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Friday, July 22.
