Each year Michael F. Stokes School participates in the Levittown Fire Prevention Poster Contest. Students from second and third grade are eligible to participate in the drawing portion of the contest. Featured are, Maddy Porembski, Sohia Spathis, Gabriella Petrovic, Sara Hutzel, Kaylie Avagnano, Juliana Inzauto, Kailey Hirschberg, Lily Hyatt, Emilio Medina, Miles Santivasci, and Juliette Dubovy. (Missing from the picture: Chloe Prete, Danielle Carrino, Evan DeStefano, Sarah Escalante,and Alexandra Ponce). These students each won for their class. The two overall winners, second grader Juliette Dubovy, and third grader Alexandra Ponce will be moving on to the “overall” portion held and determined by the Chiefs of the Levittown Fire Department during their open house held on October 9th from 6-9pm. Also featured in the picture are Fire Fighters Tom Nicolino, Brandon Fourquet, Joe Bentivegna, Ed Jablonowski, Kyle Stephens, Howie and Art Teacher Mrs. Tracy Ingenito.
