The South High School Boys Varsity Badminton Team had an outstanding undefeated season, winning the 2016 Nassau County Championship.
Plus, junior Wai Hei (Ray) Ngan is ranked 11th nationally and is the Undefeated Nassau County Singles Badminton Champion.
“I am incredibly proud to have a team with such talent, drive and spirit,” said Badminton Team Coach Janine Sadaka. “The team’s dedication to the sport and determination to excel earned them an undefeated season and the Nassau County Championship.”
