With the holidays just a memory and the winter snows setting in, the women of the St Kilian Women’s Guild opted for an inspirational evening for their January meeting.
Following the Guild meeting led by President Jeri Fioravanti, Program Director Gay Sheridan introduced Kathy Singleton, associate director of the St. Kilian Religious Education Program. Singleton, who has served in ministry for over 25 years, proceeded to speak to the members on the topic of “Food for the Soul.” She explained that God uses our five

senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste, as well as a sixth sense—our sense of humor—to nourish us in every phase of our lives. She told attendees that certain sounds, smells, visuals, tastes and humorous situations remind us of the good things in life and God’s goodness in providing them for us to appreciate.
This was an enlightening and inspirational evening for all.
