Chamber Honors Iavarone For 90 Years
The Greater New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce recently held a dedication for Iavarone Bros. Quality Foods celebrating their 90th anniversary. On Tuesday, May 23, the celebration took place in their New Hyde Park store in the Lake Success Shopping Center. Officers and directors of the New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce as well as local dignitaries attended and citations were presented.
Olde Trading Post Tavern Ribbon Cutting
The Greater New Hyde Park Chamber recently held their traditional ribbon cutting ceremony for the Olde Trading Post Tavern, located at 1218 Jericho Tpke. in New Hyde Park. On Wednesday, May 24, the newly opened and renovated restaurant hosted a ceremony followed by appetizers and cocktails. Owners Breda and John Murnane were joined by family, staff, the chamber and local dignitaries for the opening of this beautiful restaurant.
