Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano and Dr. John Imhof, Commissioner of the Department of Social Services (DSS), presented Megan Manchester of Carle Place with a citation as Employee of the Month for her 20 years of exemplary service in the Department of Social Services, on Tuesday, Aug. 22, at the Theodore Roosevelt Executive and Legislative Building in Mineola.
“I would like to congratulate Megan for being selected as Department of Social Services employee of the month,” said County Executive Mangano. “The work that the employees of DSS do is crucial to helping those in need. With your standards of integrity, respect, excellence, accountability, customer service and hard work, you have proven to be an invaluable member of our Nassau County family.”
