Defendant Mahmood is charged with first- and second-degree counterfeiting.

Defendants Ramish and Rubail are each charged with first-degree counterfeiting and fourth-degree conspiracy. They were scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 27 in First District Court in Hempstead.
