The Museum of American Armor’s recent gala dinner honored U.S. District Court Judge Leonard Wexler. Judge Wexler, a WW II veteran and recipient of two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart, has served as a United States District Court Judge for more than 30 years. Also honored that evening was Assemblyman Charles Lavine.

“Judge Wexler is an extraordinary man, who has spent his lifetime serving our great nation both in war and peace. It was my privilege to join with the distinguished guests to honor him,” said Presiding Officer Richard Nicolello. “The Museum of American Armor is a terrific resource in Nassau County and anyone interested in our history should plan to visit.”
