It was heartening to read in the Port Washington News that thanks to Assemblyman Anthony D’Urso and the New York State’s “Cracker Jack,” snail–like responsive, Department of Transportation will repave Port Washington Boulevard in the Fall of 2018. Just think how blessed all motorists traveling on this boulevard will be until such time, with flat tires, damaged suspensions, etc…created by the continuous deterioration of this road replete with potholes that have potholes! Ah, what joy will it be trying to avoid them, swerving into an oncoming traffic lane with fingers crossed that an accident won’t happen! Thank you Assemblyman D’Urso and the NY State DOT for making travel on Port Washington Boulevard so exciting.
