Bear
Bear

Bear is an extraordinary 2-year-old, extra handsome boy who came to the shelter as a stray in December 2019. Bear is interested in meeting other dogs but likes to stay clear of pushy behavior (who doesn’t?). He also passed his cat test here at the shelter. He displayed some discomfort with people near his food, so he is looking for a home with children 15 and older. Bear enjoys attention from people and loves treats. Smarter than the average bear, Bear also knows the commands “sit,” “paw,” and “drop.”  Bear is slightly nervous here the shelter and would truly thrive in a home of his own. Warren is already showing he’s ready to explore his new safe world but stays nearby his timid sister to give her all the support she needs. A quiet, patient home with cat-experienced adults and children 8 and older in age will show these feline siblings how wonderful the indoor world with a loving family can be.
