Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall’s chic Hamptons cottage offering sweeping views of Gardiner’s Bay is listed for sale at 105 Gerard Dr. in Springs.

The two-bedroom house, which Cattrall bought in 1998, has two and a half bathrooms, 1,300 square feet of living space, and unobstructed views of Gardiner’s Island, Shelter Island, and beyond.

“I always wanted a quiet beachfront home outside the glam,” Cattrall, who played Samantha Jones on the popular HBO show, told The New York Times. “A home that would be restorative and simple to maintain, where I could have privacy, relax and decompress. My home has been my sanctuary.”

The house features a high-end kitchen, loft, an L-shaped open living/dining area with wood burning fireplace and motorized screen that descends from a recess in the ceiling on command, complimented by professional projector. It also has hardwood flooring.

Outside it has a detached studio with a half bath of its own, a large newly done outdoor shower, a waterside hot tub, decking, good sized grassy lawn, and a waterside firepit. While on the smaller side, the water view are expansive thanks to its location on a unique part of peninsula that stretches out into Gardiner’s Bay, according to Behind The Hedges.

The property is about three miles from downtown East Hampton, the Amagansett Long Island Rail Road station, and falls in the Springs School District. The asking price is $3,250,000.

The real estate agent listed for the property is Rebekah Baker with Sotheby’s International Realty, who can be reached at 631-258-5991 or 631-907-8468. For more information visit 105gerarddrive.com
