Mill Neck Mansion Where The Wolf of Wall Street Was Filmed Asks $9.9M

A Mill Neck mansion that once served as a set for the 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street is on the market.

This extravagant 5-acre equestrian estate is located at 324 Calf Farm Rd. in close proximity to the Planting Fields Arboretum and dining and shopping in downtown, waterfront Oyster Bay in the Oyster Bay School District.

Built in 2010, the house has seen some Hollywood action over the years. Aside from the Martin Scorsese film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, it has also set the scene for popular television shows Elementary and The Loudest Voice, according to reports.

With a 10-stall horse stable and paddocks, the listing touts the estate’s 25-minute drive from Belmont Stakes as a big selling point. But that’s certainly not all that’s big in this larger-than-life home at 15,000 square-feet.

This home’s luxurious kitchen and main suite are – to put it bluntly – huge. As is the large, four-car garage and other common spaces throughout the house, including a classy office with a fireplace.

The estate has a total of six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, including a full accessory apartment and guest rooms. An elevator in the mansion spans all three floors. Some other notable features include a sauna, an exercise room, recreation rooms, a wine cellar, and a bar.

The asking price is $9,995,000, not including the annual property tax of $87,300.

The real estate agent listed for the property is Regina Rogers, of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, who can be reached at 516-759-0400.
