Larry Stopol
Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., named Sopol a partner in the Corporate and Securities Department. He was managing member of his previous firm, has enjoyed a long-term role as outside General Counsel to NASDAQ-listed Voxx International Corporation and to Atalanta Corporation and the Gellert Global Group, one of the largest private food importing businesses in the U.S., with annual sales in excess of $1 billion.
Dianne Camelo,
Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., also named Camelo a partner in the Corporate and Securities Department. She was a member at her previous firm, has also served in a long time role as outside General Counsel to WellLife Network Inc., a not-for-profit and leading provider in the New York Metro area of residential, clinical, and other services to people who are developmentally or psychiatrically disabled, or have substance use disorder.
Paul Juergensen
Juergensen has joined Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., as Of Counsel in the litigation department. He held a similar role at his former firm and often appears before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. He has 30 years of intellectual property experience.
Dr. Dawnette Lewis
Northwell Health appointed Lewis as director of its Center for Maternal Health, where she will guide a campaign to reduce the country’s maternal mortality rate, which is higher than in any other industrialized nation, and specifically to decrease the maternal morbidity and mortality rate among Black women, who are more than three times as likely to die of pregnancy-related causes as whites.
Dr. Todd Griffin
Stony Brook Medicine has named Griffin as Vice President for Clinical Services and Vice Dean for Clinical Affairs. He will have responsibility for clinical leadership across Stony Brook Medicine (SBM) and oversight of all ambulatory facilities. He will also provide oversight to the Clinically Integrated Network across SBM faculty and Stony Brook Community Medicine physicians.
Carolann Maroney
Hauppauge-based King Kullen Grocery Co., Inc. hired Maroney as Director of Human Resources. Maroney, a human resources veteran with decades of experience, is proficient in union and non-unionized environments. She comes to King Kullen from Clare Rose Beverage where she served as Human Resources Director.
Dr. Matthew R. Boylan
Boylan has joined Orlin & Cohen as an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon. He was previously a fellow at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Jacqueline Harounian
Harounianm the new managing partner of the Carle Place-based law firm of Wisselman Haruonian Family Law, has been appointed as the co-chair of the Matrimonial Committee of the New York State Women’s Bar Association. The firm recently relocated from Great Neck.
