On Sunday, June 23, the Chabad of Port Washington hosted author Joseph Telushkin to read excerpts from his book, Rebbe.
Rebbe is a a biographical account of the late Rabbi Menachem Medel Schneerson, who advised some of the world’s greatest leaders including President Ronald Reagan, Professor Elie Wiesel, and singer/songwriter Bob Dylan.
North Hempstead Council Member Mariann Dalimonte the reading and offered her congratulations to Mr. Telushkin for his incredible work, and thanks to Rabbi Paltiel and Chabad’s leadership for giving her the opportunity to meet the author and learn more about Rabbi Schneerson.
