Why I am running:
I am running for Nassau County Legislator to protect taxpayers, keep our communities safe, and defend our families from the failed policies creeping in from New York City. One of my top priorities will be to repeal Arnold Drucker’s unfair law that shifted millions of dollars in higher property taxes onto existing homeowners while giving a break to the owners of newly built, multi-million-dollar luxury condos.
Hardworking families should never have to foot the bill for wealthy developers. Public safety is another cornerstone of my campaign. New York City is already facing rising crime, and it will only get worse if extremists like Zohran Mamdami gain more power.
Mamdami has openly suggested eliminating all misdemeanor offenses, while his allies push to empty prisons and erase criminal records. This reckless agenda endangers families, seniors, and our most vulnerable neighbors.
Nassau must never follow NYC down this dangerous path. That is why I will fight to increase investments in our police, ensuring they have the resources to keep us safe. Antisemitic crimes are also on the rise in the city, and we must protect our Jewish community from hate.
I will never raise property or sales taxes. Instead, I will put government on a diet and put people first.
My top priorities as your legislator
-
Investing in police to keep us safe. Nassau families and seniors deserve to feel safe in their homes and neighborhoods. As crime rises in New York City, extremist politicians like Zohran Mamdami want to eliminate all misdemeanor offenses, empty prisons, and erase criminal records. I will fight back against this reckless agenda by ensuring our police have the resources they need to protect us and keep our communities strong.
-
Repealing Drucker’s unfair tax law. Arnold Drucker shifted millions in higher property taxes onto hardworking homeowners while giving breaks to the owners of newly built, multi-million-dollar condos. That’s wrong. I will repeal this unfair law so that ordinary families aren’t forced to subsidize wealthy developers. I will also never raise property or sales taxes — instead, I’ll put government on a diet.
-
Combating antisemitism and hate. Anti-Semitic crimes are on the rise in New York City, and Nassau must take action to protect our Jewish community from hate. I will work with law enforcement and community leaders to ensure Nassau remains a safe, welcoming place for people of all faiths.
