America’s favorite web-slinger is still a hit at the box office.

“The Amazing Spider-Man” swung back into theaters this week and raked in an estimated $140 million during its first six days in theaters, and has already earned an astonishing $341 million worldwide.

The reboot, starring Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man and Emma Stone as his first-love, Gwen Stacy, earned $20.6 million on Friday and $23.8 million on Saturday.

The film attracted plenty of eyes for its premiere on Tuesday, earning $35 million, a record for a Tuesday opening, according to reports.

And the July 4th holiday didn’t stop Spider-Man’s biggest fans from hitting the box office, with the movie making $23 million that day, according to estimates from Box Office Mojo.

If there was one disappointing outcome this week, it was the movie’s $7.5 million midnight opening, which was far lower than “The Avengers,” the year’s biggest movie.

But as everyone can see—Spidey is still a big deal.

“The Amazing Spider-Man” held on to its No. 1 spot this weekend, beating out the raunchy teddy-bear comedy, “Ted,” this weekend’s runner up.

“Ted” earned $10.5 million on Friday and $12 million on Saturday, according to box office estimates.

As for other box office news, “Brave” came in third this weekend and “Savages” landed in fourth, earning an estimated $16 million.

Also in the top five was “Magic Mike,” the male stripper film starring Channing Tatum, which was buoyed by decent reviews, and of course, the whole male stripping thing. The film has already brought in nearly $73 million.
