HISTORY
Founded in 1980, Andy Kolb started his heating and cooling business in Mattituck. Drawing on eighteen years experience in the Metropolitan New York Sheet Metal Workers Union, Andy set forth in motion a small business that would over time become widely recognized on the east end of Long Island. Over the years, Andy’s principles gained him many friends, customers, and loyal employees.
PHILOSOPHY
Andy’s ideology was simple. Perform first class installations, go above and beyond, exceed the client’s expectations and provide service and support. Today Andy’s family—Drew, David, and Sharon—and their hardworking, competent team of associates carry on Andy’s candid business approach.

Today as we face varied project types, new building technologies, and complex system designs, Kolb Mechanical maintains a straightforward approach in collaboration with the contractor, architect, and client to ensure the demands of each particular project are met. The ability to respond to each design obstacle with a distinct solution is paramount of our work.
