How did you get involved in the real estate industry?
After 25 years on Wall Street, I began investing in residential redevelopment. I purchased 50 acres in the Catskills and built a cabin for myself on Jones Hollow Road, which inspired the name for my agency. Shortly after, I purchased an abandoned 200-acre dairy farm and developed a small log cabin subdivision. Starting with just one other agent, my agency has since grown into a robust real estate company with 30 expert agents.
