Even in a pandemic, there are still ways to enjoy the magic of the holidays on Long Island this year. Check out these light shows and other family-fun events that will be spreading the cheer of the season.

MAGIC OF LIGHTS

Soothe that pandemic frustration with some good old-fashion drive-through holiday light show cheer. Jones Beach State Park, West End, Bay Pkwy., $20-$35. Nov. 13-Jan. 2.

BAYVILLE WINTER WONDERLAND

SMITH POINT LIGHT SHOW

HUNTINGTON HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR

A new spin on Huntington’s Winter Wonderland, the community has banded together to create a nightly holiday experience on Wall Street in the village with lights, music, and surprises. Wall Street, Huntington, huntingtonholidayspectacular.com Nov. 28-Jan. 3.

RIVERHEAD HOLIDAY LIGHT SHOW

The 3rd annual light show is a 1-mile route of large, sparkling holiday lights. Families can drive through in their cars and tune in to their radios to hear synchronized music. Long Island Sports Park, 149 Edwards Ave., Calverton, riverheadlightshow.com $25. Nov. 27-Dec. 26.
