Two reputed mobsters were indicted for allegedly robbing a Franklin Square jewelry store and trying to rob two other jewelry stores in the same community six years ago, federal authorities said Wednesday.

The Bonanno crime family elder was arrested along with four others facing various racketeering charges in a federal indictment.

All those involved with the robbery who knew where the stolen money went are believed to have taken that knowledge to the grave.
