Holly Madison wants to protect her famous assets—and it has nothing to do with something she owns.

Apparently, the former “Girls Next Door” reality star has taken out a $1 million insurance policy on her breasts with Lloyd’s of London insurance company, according to People.

We didn’t know that was possible, but according to Madison it is.

She told the magazine that she did it to protect herself while she stars in the Las Vegas show, “Peepshow.”

“I’ve heard about people getting body parts insured and I thought, why not? because if anything happened to my boobs, I’d be out for a few months and I’d probably be out a million dollars,” she said. “I thought I’d cover my assets.”

Well, they won’t be totally covered.

According to the magazine, she appears topless during parts of the Vegas show.

And Madison thought she did what was best for her career.

“They’re my primary money makers right now,” she told the magazine.

If you stay away from reality television, and don’t know much about Madison, her website has a bio that describes her life. And according to that bio, Madison is considered “to be one of the most beautiful and sexy women in the world today.”

She was born in Oregon, and spent her college years at Portland State University where she studied theater and psychology. She later transferred to Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

But Madison is best known for her reality show “Girls Next Door,” where viewers were welcomed into the world of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.
