Country singer Randy Travis made headlines in early February after being arrested for suspected public intoxication. Travis is making headlines once again this week for a video of the arrest that is making its rounds on the Internet.

Earlier this month, cops allegedly found the “Forever and Ever, Amen,” singer sitting alone in his car with an open bottle of wine.

Cops arrested him outside of a Baptist church in Sanger, Texas early Monday, February 7. He was reportedly brought to the Denton County jail about 1:30 a.m. and released some four hours later.

Following the incident, Travis issued an apology to The Associated Press.

“I apologize for what resulted following an evening of celebrating the Super Bowl. I’m committed to being responsible and accountable, and apologize for my actions,” he said.

But even more embarrassing for Travis than the arrest and having to issue a public apology is the fact that a video of the arrest went public for all the world to see. KCENTV.com reportedly obtained dashboard camera footage, showing police questioning Travis while he’s sitting in a parked outside of the church, reported CBS.

In the video Travis can be heard having a heated conversation with cops.  “Yes, sir, I have,” Travis explained to cops after they asked if he had been drinking. Travis noted that he was not driving. The 52-year-old was then told by cops that he would be going to jail for public intoxication to which Travis says, “Really? Are you kidding me?”

According to reports, Travis later asked if the cops would take him back to his car, to which the cops said they didn’t know.

“You don’t? You should,” Travis said. “Don’t you think you should know that? I think you should.”

“Because I own the f****** vehicle, and I actually have a license, and I’m actually a state taxpayer. Yeah, yeah, you should know that, by the way,” said Travis.
