Obituary: Alice I. Langon

Alice I. Langon (nee Wahmann), 79, longtime Farmingdale resident passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 14. Former owner of I. Scheff Engraving & Printing. Predeceased in 1994 by her beloved husband, William. A Devoted mother she is survived by her five children and their spouses: Mary and Robert O’Leary, Billy and Dianne, Thomas and Mary, Andrea and Vinny Calasso, and Alice and Louie Merola. She also leaves behind her brother Robert Wahmann, 15 grandchildren Colleen, Alyson Burdge (Joe), Sara, Meghan (Orlando Henry), Jimmy, John, Cathy Tortoso (Michael), Joe, Tony, Chris, Vinny, Noel, Billie Rose, Billy and Nicky, and two cherished great grandchildren, Devin and Morgan. A funeral mass was held on July 17, at St. Kilian RC Church, followed by interment at St. Charles Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc.
