Frank Lazzaro, the White House Christmas and State Dinner Decorator during the Ford, Carter and Reagan Administrations, will hold a one-hour seminar on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 1:30 p.m. at the Hillside Library.
In August of 1979 Lazzaro opened a 300-square-foot florist and gift shop in Floral Park, specializing in a fine collection of general merchandise. He built a retail shop for over 20 years and expanded throughout the decades into a three-store chain in Floral Park, Franklin Square and Mineola, N.Y., serving the people of Long Island with flowers, gifts and fine home furnishings.
