Patricia L. Gilliar, 74, died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014 in Midland Texas. Memorial services were Thursday, March 6, at Starbuck Funeral Home Chapel in Merkel, Texas.
Pat was born Aug. 4, 1939 in Loraine, Texas. She wed Frank J. Gilliar, Jr. in 1959 and they raised two daughters here in Great Neck. Pat was active in the PTA and Women’s Club. She was an executive administrator for Citibank in New York City for over two decades. After retiring she moved back to Texas, settling in Midland in 2007.
Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Sue (Gilliar) Mage of Cypress, TX and Lori Patricia (Gilliar) Harrington of San Jose, CA; two grandchildren; her uncle, many cousins, and extended Gilliar family members.
She was preceded in death by two half-brothers and a granddaughter, Ruby Catherine Gilliar.
