Local Sixth Grade Students Learn the Message, “Yes You Can”

Hundreds of Howitt Middle School sixth graders recently learned the inspirational story of Lloyd Bachrach, a paralympian, entrepreneur and author, as part of the motivational student ‘Yes You Can’ program.

Bachrach, who was born with a congenital bone deficiency, explained to the students about the importance of overcoming adversity, establishing goals and helping others to succeed.
