Port Girl Helps Cancer Victims

Anne Penha, a second grader at Sousa Elementary School, donated eight inches of her hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths—an initiative to help girls and women fighting cancer receive real-hair wigs. Anne said she wanted “to help someone who is sick to feel better.” Marco, from Commisso and Company Salon in Port, performed the haircut, which Anne calls “beautiful.”
