Kids Enjoy Circus Antics

circus

Last week the Westbury Memorial Public Library welcomed the National Circus Project as part of a series of programs to celebrate the summer.
The performers wowed the audience with daring feats of juggling and balance. Several children were also invited to come participate in the tricks. The National Circus Project is a Westbury-based nonprofit group that does performances at schools, libraries, community centers and other venues all over the northeast. Youngsters get a front row seat to a performance by some of the best in the business and are able to experience the grandeur of the circus in a very personal way.
