During my recent convalescence from orthopedic surgery I was dependent on taxi service for transportation to and from my home and office for a significant period of time. After previously experiencing near continuous lack of dependability and lack of punctuality by another local taxi firm, I had the tremendous fortune to find Glen Belle Taxi Service.
In the month after my convalescence, I used their services in excess of two dozen times. For at approximately three-quarters of these rides, my drivers were Jamal and Kevin; both were prompt, punctual, and never once were either dispatched late to or arrived late to an appointed pick-up. The rest of the time, if a new driver was delayed on the pick-up time, even for as little as five minutes, Kenny and Ray from the office, unfailingly called to inform me of any delay.
