For at approximately three-quarters of these rides, my drivers were Jamal and Kevin; both were prompt, punctual, and never once were either dispatched late to or arrived late to an appointed pick-up. The rest of the time, if a new driver was delayed on the pick-up time, even for as little as five minutes, Kenny and Ray from the office, unfailingly called to inform me of any delay.
