Marie T. Emma

Marie Teresa Emma, age 76, of Manhasset, NY passed away Tuesday, Jan. 27, at Mount Sinai Hospital, NY. Marie was born on Oct. 4 1938 in Bronx, NY, the child of Margaret and Anthony. Marie was a magnificent sister, mother, grandmother/Nan, and devoted wife to Thomas Emma for more than 50 years of marriage. Marie was an incredibly beautiful woman with an infectious spirit that touched many people in many ways! Marie was an amazing cook that was filled with joy and zest for people and life. She loved the ballet, classical music, and just being with her family and dear friends. Marie enjoyed spending summers in the Hamptons and Spring Lake NJ. She lived her life for her family especially her silver lining in life, and daughter Liz, her grandson Jack. She is survived by her husband Tom, their daughter Elizabeth her husband Mark Koczan, grandson Jack Koczan and her two sisters Ann and Susie.
