Jayhawks Top Indians On The Road

The Sewanhaka Indians fell to the Jericho Jayhawks, 44-40 on Jan. 20 (4-9, 2-4). Indians standouts Korey McLaurin finished with 23 points, including two three-pointers while Danori Williams and Justin Alexander topped off with 6 points.

Jericho’s Maxx Rosenbloom grabbed 14 points, including five field goals. Zachary Blitz scored 11 points while Justin Lee nabbed 10 with four free-throws.

The Indians face Garden City on Friday, Feb. 6 at 4:30 p.m. in Sewanhaka High School at 500 Tulip Ave. in Floral Park.
