	A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPLICATION OF NEW YORK SMSA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP D/B/A VERIZON WIRELESS FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 75 OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 300 COMMUNITY DRIVE, MANHASSET, AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 3, BLOCK E, LOT 1108.
			Synopsis: The proposed action is the installation of ten 72″ (6′)-tall and three 5″(0.4′)-tall antennas on the penthouse of an existing 10-story building. Tentative hearing date is June 23, 2015.
