If I recall correctly there was a tremendous uproar against the Bolla Gas Station at 449 Jericho Turnpike in Mineola and through negotiation, it was agreed that the gas station could open under certain conditions. One of those conditions were a strict time for opening and closing.
They agree on the conditions and then sue to change their own agreement.
We are spending money on attorneys on something clearly wrong. The owners of Bolla have shown they can not be trusted nor are they good neighbors.
I for one will never patronize the gas station again and I urge all to boycott the station. By positive action we can demonstrate to the owners that we can’t be taken advantage of and that we will not tolerate their actions.
