Student Reporters Maya Barravecchio, Deni Menendez, Abigail Villani and Nicholas Zacharis, from Mrs. Goldberg’s fourth-grade class at Floral Park-Bellerose School, interviewed astronaut Buzz Aldrin in New York City on Sept. 10. Aldrin, former astronaut, was the second person to walk on the moon. He was the lunar module pilot on Apollo 11, the first manned lunar landing in history.
Buzz encouraged the students to always have courage and to not let fear stand in the way of following their dreams.
