Nature Hunt

The St. Rose of Lima kindergarten children inspired by the book, Nature Spy, went on a nature hunt. The children listened for sounds of birds and crickets and looked for insects to examine. Each child took a leaf back to the classroom. Using magnifying  glasses the children found the veins of their leaf. The children enjoyed making leaf rubbings.
