Jay Hernandez has the desire, dedication and experience to serve with distinction as a commissioner to the Manhasset Park District. Jay recently served a partial term where he gained first-hand knowledge of the challenges and issues facing the district and the Manhasset Community. He is focused on modernizing processes, increasing parking capacity, responsible fiscal management and he is concerned about the wasteful and nonproductive legal suit between the Town of North Hempstead and MPD. His independent political status will allow him access to help solve these issues. I urge you to vote for Jay who has an understanding of the issues facing the district and the willingness to devote his time in a meaningful way to serve our Manhasset community.
