Another spa is opening in the Roslyn area, only this one is not just about exercise, but instead is a full-service medical facility.
Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, PC (LIPSG) is relocating from the Americana Mall in Manhasset to East Hills, at an office on 2200 Northern Blvd. in East Hills. Dr. Laurence Glickman told The Roslyn News that the group is in the process of moving and is excited about opening their doors on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016.
“We’re moving to much bigger offices,” Glickman said, adding that the East Hills office will be twice as large as the Manhasset location. “We will have doctors on location, something we didn’t have before,” he added.
“We are excited about our move to East Hills,” said Dr. Roger Simpson, president of Long Island Plastic Surgical Group. “We look forward to bringing our professional expertise and patient care to the community.”
According to LIPSG officials, the new location is over 4,000 sq. ft. The larger space will allow LIPSG to open a full service medical spa. Deep Blue Med Spa, Glickman said, is a skin rejuvenation medical spa offering treatments to restore healthy skin. The spa is overseen by the plastic surgeons at LIPSG. This new location will be the 8th location for the practice and the 4th for Deep Blue Med Spa.
The practice, Glickman said, operates nine specialty centers, which include: Non-Invasive and Surgical Facial Rejuvenation; Skin Care and Age Management; Breast and Body Cosmetic Surgery; Breast Reconstruction Surgery; Post-Weight Loss Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery; Facial Reanimation and Peripheral Nerve Repair; Microsurgery and Hand Reconstruction; Burns and Complex Wound Management; and Pediatric Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery.
LIPSG’s flagship location is in Garden City, and additional offices are located in Manhattan, Babylon, Huntington, Lynbrook, Flushing and Brooklyn.
