Bagels with Santa is a festive annual Christmas event at St. Peter of Alcantara. The fun-filled morning is held in St. Peter’s cafeteria, which is transformed into a wonderland of Christmas activities. Children have breakfast, make Christmas crafts, enjoy seeing their friends and, of course, have their photo taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Bagels with Santa is held on the same day as St. Peter’s Holly Fair. Event organizers were parent-volunteers Sarah Fey, Cathy Carolan, Karen DeMerit and Kiera Walsh. Barbara Brady Canalizo was the photographer and many more parent-volunteers pitched in to decorate and make the event a memorable one for all the children.
